Clinton Shattuck

(Partner), Licensed Agent and Escrow Officer

Clinton’s obsession with numbers and passion for real estate set the standard for a personal, professional experience for Riverside’s clientele. A loyal customer himself, he understands the value of friendly, efficient customer service, so he brings that same level of support to every closing. By combining his extensive knowledge of the industry with his high standards for excellence, he’s continuing in Riverside’s tradition of exceptional, customer-first service.

A native of northern Michigan, Clinton is pleased to serve his community at home and in Florida. He’s a member of the Elk Rapids Rotary Club and a Paul Harris Fellow Award recipient. He is also an active member of the Acme Business Association, Women’s Council of Realtors, and Traverse City Economics Club. He’s a TAAR affiliate member and a graduate of the Traverse City Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Grand Traverse fall 2014 class. He graduated from Northwood University.

Brett joined Riverside Title in 1993. Since then, he’s gained a vast knowledge of the region’s public records and their application to title standards. His zeal for piecing together the history of a property, along with his experience and proficiency, have made him an excellent resource for the entire real estate industry. That combination of knowledge and experience gives his clients confidence throughout the closing process.

Brett is a graduate of Ferris State University. He is active with his church as well as with the Elk Rapids Players.

Erin Bratschi

Licensed Agent and Closing Officer

Erin brings more than 15 years of customer service experience and a wealth of mortgage knowledge to Riverside Title. Her meticulous attention to detail and love of numbers make her a natural closing agent. Her dedication to her clients’ comfort and her “customers first” work ethic make her an agent people trust.

Erin is a graduate of Grand Valley State University. A native of Elk Rapids, she returned to the area to raise her family. She’s active in the Elk Rapids Rotary Club, the Women’s Council of Realtors, and is a member of Impact 100 TC.

Diana joined Riverside in January 2014. A graduate of Stetson University, she is a licensed real estate broker in Florida. Her enthusiasm for real estate and her esteem for her coworkers make her job easy—promoting knowledgeable, attentive professionals dedicated to the needs of their clients.

Diana is a founding board member of Impact 100 TC, served as marketing co-chair for the We are ER school district fundraiser, was a board member of the Elk Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce Board, and holds positions on several sub-committees to drive economic development in the area. A summertime native of Northern Michigan, she spends much of her time there attending open houses (a family hobby).

Amy Stiltner

Final Policy and Support Clerk

After graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in Financial Administration, Amy Stiltner spent eight years in the banking industry—including retail and commercial exposure, customer service, and behind-the-scenes system conversions—and more than fourteen years in office management. Her love of numbers and her passion for her clients makes her an ideal fit at Riverside Title. Her mortgage experiences, from origination to closing, are valuable assets for Riverside’s clients. In her role as Support Clerk, she has the opportunity to use her organizational talents and can-do attitude to provide exceptional service.

A Michigan native, Amy grew up spending summers at her family’s cottage in northern Michigan. In 1996, she relocated permanently. When she’s not working, she loves to explore the beauty of the area and cherishes the time she spends with family and friends.
